Larvae?

I spotted the raindrops moving on the bramble flowers.  On closer inspection I could see maybe larvae moving around.  There are quite a few of them and I'm always amazed that something so tiny has all it needs to live.

Mr T hasn't been 100% the last few days and it now seems infections follow a definite pattern.  GP has prescribed antibiotics and also a spare set for me to keep in the cupboard so he can start them straight away next time.  Thankfully Mum and Dad were able to collect the prescription for me as the neighbours I would have asked were out.
