Day out

The forecast was good and the travel restrictions lifted so thought we would go for a day out as this is our summer holiday. Headed down towards Campbeltown and stopped at the beach for a walk. A visit to Glenbarr for meat supplies and lunch from Muasdale shop as Glenbarr cafe is shut on a Monday so no take away..

Later I picked up some fertile hens eggs from a friend to put under our broody hen. I collected 6 with different mums but probably the cockerel in the extra pic which is a very bonny Cream Legbar. I have given them to our broody who seems pleased to have eggs to sit on and we wait to see if they hatch. 21days is the incubation time. I am new to this so all exciting and we shall see what happens.
