Blousy?

Is this what you would describe as a blousy flower? I think it is. It is in fact one of my 50p roses(bought in about 1997 when an old nursery was closing down....everything was 50p).

Up to this year it has been quite a demure rose. But this year it has really gone to town.....multiple long lasting blooms all over it. Is the air better? Or the weather better for it? Or is it having one more glorious summer before it stops flowering completely? I don't know. But let's enjoy it's blousyness?

The pond is a clear as we can get it. A few thin streaks of weed remain. But a good job done
