Not a good year for cherries

Yes, there are quite a few on our little cherry tree. But by this time they are usually much darker and sweeter. I've brought them in because they are beginning to be eaten, I think, by insects. I'll leave them a few days to ripen a bit more.

A good early morning get together with Clare and Gill. Seemed strange to meet just after 10.00am but Clare is devoted to Wimbledon! I watched the Barty match but really only waiting for Roger F in the coming days.
