Getting Better Every Daaayay..

Had my first XC (Cross Country) ride for a while today. Did a local route that I'd not done for a while and went slightly wrong at the start. Had planned the route, but following application upgrades didn't manage to upload it to my cycle computer, so went old school with paper photocopies of a hard copy OS Map.

Getting so much stronger with every weekly ride,to my surprise, but guess residual fitness helps. Getting enough air in is the main issue, but will come with time I'm sure.

Beautiful countryside in the sun. Picked this pic as it's a fun long downhill / flat into the adjoining village. FABULOUS.
