The Door Knocker, The Writer & Boris

En route to "The Dog Field", noticed for the first time what appear to be leaves within The Minster's large west window; I guess in homage to "..The Leaves of Southwell". Just the bottom row of panes are pictured (& tinged).

As per usual the dog walker socialites were chatting including the two guy ring leaders. Today I was given the nickname Boris - having the same breed of dog as our "leader"- Enzo, a Long Haired Jack Russell. We're all more socialist in outlook. 

I proposed nicknames for the two ring leaders, one who is a historial researcher and novelist; the other a retired school teacher, who was previously a door to door debt collector. We always have a chuckle; I'm not sure how much the latter laughed at this. The jury's out!

Wellness
Last physio session on my left shoulder today we decided as it's made good progress; enough that I will soon have my first swim for the best part of a year. Still need to do my exercises and take some care with it to ensure it improves further. Result!
