A gaggle of geese .

Thought this was quite a sweet sight. We came across it when we were out with Arthur and co. 
Started the day dangerously- food shopping and then petrol . Completed a few gardening tasks , berry picking , harvesting some sugar snap peas and green leaf salad , mowed the  lawn and did a bit of weeding , mainly pulling up horsetails . 
Now trying to find some recipes for food that will travel to take over to our middle son and family . Their little daughter Florence has stopped sleeping , both parents are understandably weary . We will go over later in the week to take some food and do a few jobs . 
The most interesting part of the day was a text from my brother to say that he had given up waiting for the NHS to hoover out his ears and restore his hearing ( no appointments until next Feb) and had  gone to  spec savers who hoovered the wax out for £50 . 
“Should’ve gone to spec savers !”
