Tiny Tuesday

This lady used to wear tea cosy 'skirts' when I was a child and kept the pot warm for many years.  She usually had a new tea cosy knitted when the old one got shabby.
Prompted to take this by an Australian blipper (59) who blipped a similar one for TT and wondered what it was.
At the time of writing this I am wondering if the rain is going to hold off for the Tuesday Ladies to sit in the garden.
