Full body massage...
which was most welcome after my first 4k run 6weeks in to my 5k training programme. My leg, back and shoulder muscles feel ironed out, my arms are longer - honest! - and my feet are lighter than air. Once I've cracked the 5k its a bit of consolidation and then in to 10k training!
I have an App on my smartphone which helps record my efforts and my self-confessed 'slug pace' was upgraded to snail! Progress!
Fellow blippers and subscribers, please excuse the irregularity of my responses to your blips and to your comments on my blips. I really appreciate your postings - though can't respond as often as I would like too :-/
