Busy day!

This morning I noticed there were 3 small holes in the fruit cage netting so I set to with my step ladder, nylon thread and needle to make repairs! Wasn't what I planned to do but sometimes needs must! 
I felt it was time for some serious weeding of one of the veg plots, a job left too long. Extra photo is the wheelbarrow and bag full of said weeds ready to be composted. It took more than two hours and I think I probably should have stopped sooner but wanted to finish.
What with the weeding and then an afternoon of vacuuming and dusting and spider web removal, my back is complaining very loudly, along with my feet and my knees! 
Tomorrow will have to be a much less physical one. Maybe some baking and sewing accompanied by cups and tea and biscuits!
