Common blue

This I believe is the common (though I've never seen one) blue butterfly. We saw it as we continued part of the Berwickshire coastal path from Coldingham to Eyemouth. Our aim was to reward ourselves with a famous helping of Giacapazzi's fish and chips. We were blessed with decent weather on our journey to Eyemouth though it clouded over on our return leg.
