Sad and upset

Very disappointed with the published IB DP results. The process of awarding a grades is very unclear, but has resulted in a huge disappointment for Pippa. She has ben awarded a bilingual diploma, but not with the grade she (and her teachers) expected...
This means she is missing out on her preferred university course... very upset.
