Tomatoes are on their way

While in many places, the tomatoes are ripening on the vine, my tomato plants are just now budding.  This is the first tomato flower.  I started this rare variety from seed, but they should produce very large dark burgundy (called black) tomatoes.  I am looking forward to them.  

The biggest danger here is the wind.  Even though they are in a sheltered corner, they still get blown around a bit.  This summer has been one of the most windy summers I can remember.
