Star Wars Landing

I did a 10 mile run with my sister & her partner this evening. They are both very accomplished runners, so the pace was intense but very enjoyable.

We did the run to raise funds for my niece, who will be going to Africa next summer to participate in some outreach work.

Whilst on the run, there were so many lovely photo opportunities but I chose this one to blip. With a little bit of ‘titivation’ (giggle!) from an app called ‘snap seed’ (new to me but an excellent discovery), I was able to make this look like a replica of that scene in the 2015? Star Wars film where the Derwentwater Valley was used as a backdrop to a spaceship landing.

It was something like that, anyway...

Maybe I should pay more attention when I’m watching films.

I used to be good at the mindless art of passive film watching but I just can’t seem to be able to find the time anymore.
