The Hammock.....

Maisie and I had a sleep-in this morning. I had a bad night’s sleep so decided to lay low. There was a heavy frost this morning so staying indoors was wise. It can be a problem getting large heavy flannelette sheets dry in mid-winter. So I often drape them over a clothes-airer to catch the warm air from the heat pump, or in front of the fire. This morning Myrtle decided that the sheet makes a great hammock. At one stage she fell right through. She is chubby and heavy. Clothes pegs fixed the problem..... until she removed them one by one.
