River Gold.....

Maisie and I were out well before dawn. We walked to the downtown section of the river and returned by a slightly different path. The dawn sky was beautiful, starting out with red colours then transitioning to shades of gold. We Maisie races everywhere. She got in the river and came out with mud up to her belly. I was not pleased as I had bathed her at Animates yesterday. So I had to encourage her into a cleaner stretch of water to wash the mud off. She still needed to be hosed down once we arrived at home.
