Out to dry

Today it is the turn of the onions to be harvested and laid out in the sun to dry. There are also red onions and shallots ready to be dug up.  However, along with these and another big tray of garlic, berries, potatoes, courgettes and herbs, I thought that was enough to be dealing with from one trip to the allotment.

The weather has been a joy today - 20 degrees, sunny and with a very gentle breeze.
