Busy day running around with the godchildren. Idiot that I am, it didn't really occur to me to exploit them for a blip until after they'd gone.

On the positive side, I put the day to good use and introduced them to songs that are essential to every child's repertoire - The Gnu Song, and The Hippopotamus Song. The kids caught on splendidly, but after the 40th rendition I felt I'd had my quota of Flanders and Swann for a little while.

Instead of a photo of children wearing Aunty Puggle out, here's a photo of an Inter-War Functionalist Hotel. It's not as dynamic a photo as kids running around like mad things, but then again, the pub does have the benefit of actually staying still long enough to be photographed....
