It was great to see the yachts in full sail, sailing down the River Deben towards the North Sea.   
I also called to see Steven this afternoon, it was wonderful watching the twenty or so assorted butterflies and bees on his Buddleia bush, it was quite breezy and they didn't stay still long enough to get a picture, but what a beautiful sight it was.    I've cut my Buddleia bush back as it hadn't got even one bud on it and it was smothering the plants near it, perhaps next year I'll replace it with another.
