Yoga with R and Adrienne, much chilling and chatting, trip to favourite beach, possibly the best ever sandwich, mad swim in the sea and rain, and then rain stopped so drove the long way home.  M and R cooked - courgette (home grown) koftas and Gujarati corn on the cob - just delicious.  And then watched 'Sex Education', can thoroughly recommended it.  Very very funny and poignant too.  It's on Netflix, R has a subscription and must admit am now very tempted to get one too.  A wonderful day.
