Today we headed north as the weather looked better than at the beach we planned to go to yesterday. We had a nice walk up Sandymouth beach and found a quiet spot where we could exercise Nell off the lead. We met a 4 month Springer on his lead on the way back. The guy said jokingly that he was 'annoying'. I told him Nell was nearly 6 and is still annoying!

After a cup of coffee at the national trust hut we had a walk along the cliff tops for our picnic and made it back to the car just as it started raining for real. Back to the cottage early for an afternoon film and a snooze on the sofa! Extra of Charley on the beach.
