Gummer's How

At the top of Gummer's How, then we took the wrong path off the hill and ended up in a marsh, pretty poor for a group of orienteers.  Wasted a lot of time finding the right path . Never mind. Outside lunch at the cafe at the Motor Museum overlooking the River Leven. 


Day 116
North West statistics are not good. Yesterday 11 people died of Covid 19 and apparently  6 of those were in the North West. The trouble spots now are Blackpool, Preston, Blackburn, Bradford and Oldham, all urban areas. Blackburn residents have been asked to wear face coverings in all enclosed public places  eg workplaces, libraries, museums, health centres and hair and beauty salons, and to resist from shaking hands and hugging - is anyone doing this???
