Scrub bashing

A day conservation volunteering at a local NNR, grubbing up hawthorn and rose briar with a new toy - a tree popper. An ingenious device that grasps the base of the stem and then you lever the sapling out. Walt just came along to supervise. Extra of bright red beetles on yellow Alexanders flowers (I think).
