Seaside excursion

Met with a friend for a bike ride in Norfolk. We did a 50 mile circuit. Picnic at Brancaster beach where we had our own sunny alcove in the sand dunes. Main pic at the top of the triumphal avenue back down to the sea at Holkham Hall - I perched my phone on the wrought iron gates and did a 10second time delay to get this one. Extra of freshly brewed pot of tea and cake back by Sula the campervan (I’m sure she enjoyed the fresh air and exercise too). After which a quick swim before driving home.
