A mixed bag
The biscuit recipe said to divide the dough into six and shape into balls, then put them in the oven. I did two to start: they were massive and didn’t melt much into biscuit shapes. I halved the rest and put four hemispheres cut-side down. They came out better. As an experiment, I put the last four in cut-side up. These came out with edges round the top, and look more like biscuits.
They taste nice, which is the main thing. Mr Pandammonium loves them: ‘They’re like rusks!’
