Alligator-pear wrap

Instead of using cling film and chucking yet more plastic into the environment, we use waxed fabric wraps. They’re vegan, biodegradable and washable.

This sheet is wrapping some biscuit dough that I made this afternoon. The dough is chilling overnight, then will be baked tomorrow. I can’t wait!
