Tyres pumped up...

...and an opportunity for an obvious bicycle ride along the front from Tynemouth to the Spanish City...
The local council have created a new bike lane by making the road one-way northwards only - which made the 10 mile ride to St Mary's island and back a real pleasure!
This afternoon met Sue for a walk along the river to North Shields, and Richard & Roy joined us for another excellent coffee from Gareth's.
