Car wash

I have spent the best part of two years researching what my next car should be, falling at the first or second hurdle until today.

The self charging hybrid engine enables you to run on battery in an urban setting, yet has a petrol tank to get you out of trouble when you are on the motorway.

I narrowed my search down to Japanese cars, Lexus, Toyota and Honda, then further down to two models of Toyota. It was the RAV4 that struck me as perfect. When I test drove it I totally fell in love.

So my rather battered 17 year old Saab had it's last wash down before being paraded in front of the 'part exchanger'.

By the end of the day I had bought a new car... at last!!!!!
