Trio

Last night when I got in I put on three eggs to boil. 

In my tiredness and excitement about the new car of course I totally forgot about them. 

I was just dozing off when I heard an infernal bang and found the kitchen splattered with burnt egg yolk!

As I clean the kitchen this morning I will be keeping my eye on these as they simmer away in the pan.
