Front Yard Visitors

Chevy and her mom were walking by when I was opening the front windows so we had a nice visit.  Piper, her dad and I were at the windows and they were below on the lawn.  Poor Chevy was stepped on by a horse and almost lost her foot.  Fortunately, after two surgeries and probably one more in the next few weeks, they were able to save it.  She gets around well with her pink bootie and doesn't seem too bothered by it.

I did a few quick errands today and my knee lump really swelled again.  I'm grateful that it doesn't hurt but I think I'll go back to the doctor if the lump doesn't start to go down by next week.  My chest muscles are finally improving. :-)
