International Night

Friendly internationals tonight. Decent game between Spain v Uruguay. Now flicking between England v Brazil and Scotland v Estonia.

1 v 0 to both teams at half-time. But Fred has just come on and is turning things in the Brazilians favour.

Scotland are playing at Pittodrie (Aberdeen home). Now I am all for the national team playing in other stadiums, but only if the facilities are up to scratch. Sadly they aren't at Pittodrie (changing rooms and tunnel like a rabbit run and the pitch like a farmers field). Totally embarrassing.

So when in Rome and all that. Made some international cuisine for dinner:
- Risotto (Italian)
- Mushrooms (from Spain)
- Smoked Salmon (Scottish)
- Peas (English)
