Village cricket.

A typical village scene in summer, but these teams have waited so long with the pitch carefully tended since early summer, so I don’t suppose a bit of damp weather will put them off now! Not many spectators just a few in front of the clubhouse under a gazebo.

I got Chris to drop me off so I could take these, on my phone so not brilliant, on out way back from Otley. We went to the Blue Barn as it’s the only place we’ve heard has Duck and Swan food. It was closed! Everywhere else we’ve been they have non in stock.

Made some sunflower crunch again for my son when he comes tomorrow. 

So that’s Saturday, Village Players, am dram not cricket, fortnightly quiz tonight, should be fun.
