A rose selection

Waiting for the antibiotics to kick in. Hopefully by the end of today I’ll be feeling less lethargic as all I’ve done has been read the Guardian, do the code word, wander among the roses to get my blip and get very engrossed in the Ali Smith book #2 daughter loaned me. What an unusual writer. I’ve heard her speak at the Edinburgh book festival but always thought she would be too brainy a writer for me. She is of course but very readable too.
