In The Shadows
I kept to the shadows where it was cooler to avoid the heat of direct sunlight. Doing so is a double edged sword. Although it's cooler, there's mosquitoes to contend with. Shafts of light pierced the cover of foliage above me, picking out pockets here and there, describing forms and casting shadows.
I tried to make the most of the pattern of light shapes in a mostly dark environment and lifted some shadows to give depth to the image.
