Pregnant?

I discovered this courgette hiding under some leaves. Should have picked it sooner.

It conveys the sense of pressure on my jaw as my tooth infection has flared up again. Fortunately my dentist has prescribed some more antibiotics so I hope that does the trick.

I was in the supermarket when he rang. 10 minutes later I called into the chemists I had designated just as the prescription was ready. NHS technology can work extremely well!
