Fluffy clouds

and great skies as we headed over to Guiseley to collect a parcel and shop this morning. More than that though, two Red Kites right over head. 

We pulled into a lay-by off the narrow road and watched them for a while. I was looking into the sun through the view finder so it was really just a case of point and shoot. I like this one best showing only one of the Kites. I had one which was closer but only had one wing in the shot!
No sign of them on the way home.

It had clouded up by the time we’d put the shopping away and brought in the washing when there was a threat of rain, so we shelved the plan for a walk. 

You can (just) see there are two Kites in the extra. I have seen them a little nearer to Bingley before but not much except just once in the village
