As I was leaving work

This morning I expected that I would be using the car as I heard rain just after I woke. By the time I left for work there was a gap in the near continuous rain we experienced today. So I used the bike, and arrived as the first smatterings began again. The heavy rain discouraged me from going to a meeting in the main hospital at 0800; as it happens only one person turned up for it. I had thought it would be a Zoom meeting but that hadn't been set up. 

Mostly clinical work the rest of the day, and I finished the last notes just before 1700, and as in the morning struck a short period without rain, just long enough to get home dry.
