Unfinished fish

This was the output of another art therapy session with Ricefield Arts - it is a blue angel fish; I'm not sure that I am sufficiently compelled to complete it. The scales take ages. My goal is really to be able to represent the Ionian sea as it wafts with hardly a break in the water on the shores of Port Atheras This was probably at the back of my mind when I booked a fortnight at the Hotel Summery in Lixouri for next May. The weather can be fickle at that time of year with rain on around 7 out of 31 days hence hedging my bets by going for a fortnight. Hopefully the conditions will allow some decent walking.
That said the highlight of today was my haircut - I am very pleased with it, and it makes me feel a bit more youthful and up for a challenge, of sorts.
