View from the Hill

Virtual Lagganlia was underway this morning with a session led by Don on pacing and aiming off.  The young athletes have some practical exercises to complete during this afternoon and then they will come back together with coaches on Zoom this evening.  Thankfully, all of the tour tops have now safely arrived, phew!

After lunch, to get away from screens and get our own dose of fresh air, we took a circular walk out from the village.  Now the casserole and baked potatoes are in the oven, Tony is washing up from icing his chocolate cake and I'm relaxing watching the teatime edition of The Repair Shop.
