Wide Wednesday

Interval class this morning, and some catch up on Blip. And guess what? Yes behind again! Sorry Guys!  This afternoon it was do I do some hoeing in the garden or do I go out to play. Going out to play won, and I drove over to Instow. Walked down to the beach. The tide was out the furthest I have seen it, so got to get my daily steps in ;-)

Got back home in time to make a mug of coffee and log in to an RPS arranged talk by Susan Brown FRPS. It was excellent.
