Brighton Smokehouse

Jack and Linda Mills' Smokehouse is by the fishing museum under the arches on the sea front. It's a lovely walk especially in the morning when it's quiet. It's a pedestrian only pathway and it can get very busy in the summer. Jack and Linda have apparently been fishermen all their lives and recently wan the award for Best Takeaway at the BBC Radio 4 Food and Farming Awards, which chef Jamie Oliver described as the Oscars of the food world.
