We are just pebbles on a beach

Quite a day!  Firstly, I had a dentist appointment, for a check-up!!  This had been cancelled twice, because of lockdown, so it was good to know that, after a couple of scares, things were OK.

Secondly, we had got away on a holiday!! To another country - Wales!!

We have got a last minute booking in a holiday-let in Pembrokeshire; and much as I love the countryside around Wantage it is lovely to get away for a few days.

We had to leave let afternoon, because of the dentist appointment, but we still managed to get on the beach before the sun went down.  OK, the tide was a long way out, but we had a picnic in the dunes with the sounds of the breakers in the distance.
