Tagine...
One if my gifts at Christmas was a tagine. I've never used one before, and decided to cook a lamb dish in it today. I started it at 8.30am this morning, and then left it to do its thing until 7pm this evening.
The plates were wiped clean, then refilled, then cleaned again :)
