A walk in the park

With the boyfriend and his younger sister who stayed the weekend. We had a great day yesterday, with a sleep in and a trip to the local, with home made Pad Thai for dinner.

Today we slept in again! Followed by a walk in the rather busy park- it was actually a warm day! Then lunch (homemade bread and garlic mushrooms in cream). His sister returned to Manchester soon after, leaving me to bake a 50th birthday cake and making pork cooked in cider with roast veg for dinner. Followed by apple, pear and blueberry crumble for dessert obviously! Definitely ready for sleeps now! X
