Slowly slipping to safety?

"They" told us salt intake was a possible hazard; oddly I've been close to salt free since before the Lurgi struck.
NOW - they tell us that the obese are more at risk.

When I left the Fire Service I was, for about a dozen year, a retail jeweller; where I continued to eat as a Fireman.  It predates Wii in this persona, but I got up to 14.5 stone. 
(Near enough 200lb for those who never discovered the delights of the Stone; surely 14.5 sound better than 203?)
We got it down(ish) then, after Alice, I lapsed a bit; see top 1/2.  
Since the Lurgi struck I've been working on it - NOTHING to do with the Lurgi just common sense; though I can't see me reaching Wii's declared target of 10St-5lb without the odd amputation.
