...Yea, but can you do THIS?

The blue jays were showing off again today. They get into a bit of a snit when the red-bellied woodpecker shows up (especially since he usually steals the show in more ways than one.) And today, Jezebel figured she'd had just about enough of the red-headed wonder! So, she engaged in a bit of peanut juggling in a rather obvious bid for attention. And, hey, it worked. Look LARGE to see how she is juggling the peanut between her beak and tongue.

So that was the fun part of my day.

The un-fun part was when my doc called with the results of the MRI. I now have an appointment with a spine specialist on Monday morning, bright and early. Apparently I've got some herniation and some "disc protrusion" in several places in my spine as well as muscle spasms. Well, no wonder it bloody well hurts! I will have to do a bit of research between now and Monday so that I can be an informed obnoxious patient. I like to have my facts and questions all lined up. You should have seen me before I had brain surgery - I was practically qualified to do a craniotomy myself! haha!
