Definitely spring!

Lovely dry day but still cold. Elizabeth visited us and took me and her granny out for afternoon tea in her car. She and Ross have booked their trip to California in June. She was full of life and hope and made me feel very happy to be related to this force of nature! Dileas and I had a great walk with different people and dogs after lunch. Good chat and lots of laughs. Dileas the automatic pack leader with all the dogs being kept in order. It's so funny to watch. Saw the first bursting of hawthorn leaves through the tangle of branches. A few weeks and the paths will be lined with white flower laden bushes.
