Saffron on the roof

After a bit of early morning gardening, I walked down through the valley to the beach, had a good long swim and snorkel and then joined a friend for a delicious vegetarian lunch at the beach taverna. 
I spent the afternoon at home  catching up on phone calls to friends and later, when it was cool enough, doing a few bits of gardening, assisted by Saffron.
