Calorie loading

Up GT this morning and back only just in time for a zoom meeting at one. Managed to wash my face and change my top but had to sit for nearly 2 hours caked in mud from the waist down and hoping I wouldn't have to stand up. And starving - who schedules a meeting at lunchtime?! Had to devour a packet of Jaffa Cakes afterwards.
