Up the Calder.....

that was raging, brown and boiling down the waterfalls. Unfortunately, there is so much vegetative growth this year photography was difficult . It was raining as I started out but stopped as soon as I put waterproofs on and became a lovely day and a good walk p onto the moor. The Harebells look lovely. So too do the Scottish Thistles and this is what I painted this afternoon.
